It was so nice to escape into this book, it was well written and a pure page turner, I couldn't put it down. The characters were all so interesting it made the story flow so beautifully. It starts with what seems like a happy Irish family, the wife is pregnant about to have their fourth child, their three daughters range in age from 13 - 18 and not to forget the beautiful au pair from Spain! The husband is about to take his radio station and real estate to the next level and this is all happening during the celtic tiger. This book has it all, drama, secrets, lovely neighbors, a picturesque town, lively dogs, fast horses and even some Americans! The Power of a Woman is definitely a great read. I hope you enjoy it!I hope to read many more books from Suzanne Higgins.
