A good read for one perspective about life on the trail of westward expansion.

If you're a history fan this is a terrifically unique listening experience bringing you, first-hand, into the world of wagon trains, cowboys, native Americans and the emergent Mormon church. You get a real sense of wild west towns as they really were by someone who uses a wonderful richness of language that feels somehow modern and yet very authentic.Published by the author's actual great-granddaughter.
