I purchased this lovely book from the author's site..by the same name. I'm now on my second reading...more layers of richness... I also now own two of her CDs and recommend them highly. Her personal story is compelling. Her challenges with a very serious illness, resolve to do what it takes and in the end...to find the rich and meaningful gift of sound healing and the incredible changes it can make. This book is a masterful guide.. Well written, and a story gently told. I always admire people who are faced with the demons of a serious illness, and feel in many ways they are the heros of our time. They show what can be done. Healing is personal. This one is personal...and leaves the reader with a sense of empowerment and determination to use their own voice. Something often discouraged while we are young..and an energy that awaits us all to burst forth, and to be free...
